In 2023, PepsiCo entrusted us with one of those no-room-for-error projects: its annual convention in Miami. We were brought in to handle the general session, brand activations, and the closing party at the Fontainebleau for nearly 300 guests. It was a high-level event with many moving parts and one clear expectation: everything had to be delivered to the highest standard.
This wasn’t just about production. It was about making everything connect. Every brand needed its own space, every moment needed intention, and the entire experience had to feel cohesive, impactful, and flawlessly executed. We had to coordinate multiple layers simultaneously while making the whole experience feel effortless for attendees.
And that’s exactly what happened. The convention was successfully executed, the activations delivered, the general session hit the mark, and the closing party was a standout success. The client was thrilled, the organizers recognized the team’s work, and we did what we do best: turn a complex operation into an experience that leaves a lasting impression.
